Old Dudes Yoga: Exclusively for us older dudes -- surfers, skaters, athletes, executives --  these classes focus on gradually developing flexibility for the inflexible, along with strength and balance to provide the foundation for a long lasting yoga practice.

Vinyasa Flow for All Levels: A strong but accessible sequence linking breath to movement to build strength and endurance, and push you to the edge of your balance and flexibility. 

Intermediate-Level Ashtanga-based Vinyasa Flow: Prepare to take your practice up a notch with this faster paced sequence based on the Ashtanga Primary Series. You'll move, you'll sweat, and have the opportunity to play with some pretty advanced poses.
